When will my bulbs be delivered?

All orders are shipped directly from our bulb fields in the Netherlands. We send every order at the natural planting moment for that type of bulb – so they arrive fresh, healthy and ready to go into the soil.

Spring-flowering bulbs

Think tulips, daffodils, crocus and other classic spring favourites. These bulbs like cool soil and need a cold period to bloom beautifully.

Shipping window: from the first week of October.

Once your parcel has arrived, you can plant the bulbs any time in October, November or December, as long as the ground is not frozen.

Wij starten met het versturen van deze voorjaarsbloeiers in de eerste week van oktober. Plant ze na bezorging in oktober, november of december voor een rijk voorjaar.

Summer-flowering bulbs & tubers

Planted in spring

Dahlias, gladioli and other zomerbloeiers are sensitive to frost and prefer warm soil. We time delivery so you can plant as soon as spring really begins.

Shipping window: from February onwards.

After your order has been delivered, plant the bulbs and tubers in spring, following the instructions on the packaging and waiting until the risk of night frost has passed.

We beginnen met het verzenden van zomerbloeiers vanaf februari. Plant ze in het voorjaar, zodra de grond opwarmt en de kans op vorst klein is.

Exact delivery dates may shift slightly due to weather, harvest and storage conditions. We always ship at a safe moment for planting, so your bulbs arrive in the best possible condition.
