1) Who we are & how to reach us

Products sold on our website are supplied by BLOM. and are not intended for resale without our written permission.
2) Shopping with us (what happens when you order)
Placing an order. Choose your items and pay using one of the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order. Once approved, we email you an order confirmation.Check your details. Please verify that your delivery name, address, postcode and phone number are complete and correct on the confirmation. Tell us right away if you spot an error.
3) Availability & crop outcomes
All items depend on seasonal harvests and quality checks. If any product cannot be supplied (for example due to crop failure or quality deterioration), we will refund that item in full. Any remaining items will ship as normal.
4) Changing or cancelling after you’ve ordered
Edits before dispatch. Contact us as soon as possible. We’ll try to help, but within 14 days of the planned ship date we may not be able to amend your order due to packing and logistics.Cancelling before dispatch. If your order hasn’t entered the final packing stage, we can usually cancel. Inside 14 days of the planned ship date, cancellation may not be possible.Deciding after delivery. If you change your mind, tell us within 14 days of delivery. You then have 30 days from delivery to return eligible items. See “Returns & refunds” for how this works.Already shipped? Unwanted items can be returned after delivery; return postage is at your cost unless we agree otherwise in writing.
5) Prices, mistakes & promotions
All prices include VAT where applicable.We may update prices at any time, but confirmed orders keep the price you paid unless there’s an obvious error (e.g., a product shown at €0.00). In such cases, we may cancel that line and offer it again at the correct price.One promotion code per order unless expressly stated. Codes can’t be applied to past orders or combined, and typically exclude gift cards and shipping unless the offer says otherwise.External voucher-code sites may list outdated or unauthorized codes; we’re not obliged to honor invalid or expired offers.
6) Product information & natural variation
We provide images and descriptions to indicate how plants typically establish and flower. Living products respond to climate, soil, light and moisture, so height, colour, markings and bloom time can vary from what you see online. Measurements are indicative.Collections & mixes. To maintain quality, the composition of mixed collections may change season to season. Colour palettes in unnamed mixes can differ from the photos.
7) If there’s a problem on delivery
We must supply goods as described and fit for purpose. If items arrive damaged or not as described, email us within 14 days of delivery and include clear photos. Often you won’t need to send the product back. Items that are missing or too compromised to thrive will be refunded or replaced (or we may offer a suitable alternative if the original is out of stock).Claims raised after 14 days or for products already planted may not be accepted.
8) Returns & refunds (your right to change your mind)

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless we state otherwise in writing.How it works:Tell us within 14 days of delivery that you’re returning some or all items.Send items back within 30 days of delivery, in original condition and (where possible) original packaging.Once received and inspected, we refund via the original payment method (gift-card purchases are refunded to the same card).

—Faulty/damaged items: Report within 14 days with photos. If our horticultural team deems the item non-viable, we’ll refund or replace (subject to stock).
9) Growing outcomes (what we can and can’t guarantee)
We stand behind the quality of what we ship. However, growth and performance depend on factors we don’t control: weather, pests, light, moisture, soil and local conditions.Always follow our planting and care instructions.If growth fails, email us within 6 months of delivery (or when the plant would ordinarily show growth) with photos/description. If quality is the cause, we’ll credit or replace.Wrong colour or variety? If you believe you received the incorrect variety, send photos and we’ll replace or issue credit if an error occurred. Natural colour shifts are not considered mis-supplies.
10) Safety & seasonality notes
Toxicity: Ornamental plants are not for consumption and should be handled with care. Some varieties can be harmful to people or pets. If in doubt, research suitability before you buy.Pest tolerance: Some plants are less tempting to slugs, rodents or deer, but no variety is completely pest-proof.Bloom timing: Climate and daylight influence growth; month-by-month guidance is approximate.
11) Forwarding to other countries
Orders are intended for the delivery country chosen at checkout. If you forward plants to a different country, you’re responsible for any import restrictions or seizures. We don’t issue phytosanitary or other clearance documents for shipments you re-route.
12) Intellectual property
All photos, copy and materials on Blomgarden.com and our official channels are the property of BLOM. or our licensors. You may not use them without prior written consent.
13) Your information
We store and use your details to process your order and contact you about it. If you opt in to marketing, we’ll send news and offers. For more, see our Privacy Notice and GDPR information.
15) Liability
If you make a valid claim within the stated timeframes and (where requested) return items, you may choose a refund or free replacement (if stock permits).Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the affected item. We are not responsible for storage or cultivation costs, consequential loss, or lost profit.We may update product images, descriptions and specifications at any time as we improve accuracy. Minor differences in colour or growth habit are normal with living products.Your purchase confirms that you’ve read and accepted these Terms of Sale.

These terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands. Disputes will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of The Netherlands.No person other than you and BLOM. has rights to enforce these terms.
